This blog is a record of my ongoing study of our amazing human body, how it works, and what we need to know and do to create and maintain optimal physical health.

We will be studying from the cell upwards to the the bodily organs, their systems, detox and purification, healthy maintenance, food, diet, nutrition, vitamins, minerals, elements, supplements, and some form of sensible regular exercise.

It’s all very sensible, scientific, and balanced and I hope you enjoy your study and create a nice healthy body. It can be done and it’s never too late.
